		<description>I bombed out on wk 3 day 1.  

Missed the last two sets by 5 push ups, and I am as sore/tight as I was the after the first workout.

Not sure if I am having a tough physical day or week 3 is just that tough.

		<description>Week 3 was really hard!  I barely made it through the mid level.  

Took 1 extra day off before starting week four today.  The first day of week four is easier, but by no means a piece of cake.  

This is getting tough! ;)
