		<description>Great job on the pushups.  Week three is really getting tough.  One thing I&#039;ve done to help is give myself plenty of recovery time between sets.  For the last set this could mean waiting a few minutes.  I&#039;ve also been more than a day to get to the next days pushups (sometimes a few days).  You need to fully recover before you start again.  It feels like week three is where you really start tearing up your muscles (for me at least).</description>
