		<description>I had to repeat week 5 - and just failed it again.  I couldn&#039;t make it through day 1 this time, when last time I had no problem.  I am hoping that taking a break and starting day 1 tomorrow will bring improvement.</description>

		<description>after doing week 4 twice, I&#039;m now on my second week of week 5.... and it is still crazy hard. On my final set of my 2nd week5 day 1 I still couldn&#039;t get to the max recommended. 

But I am definitely showing improvement. On my latest &quot;self test&quot; I made it to 50 straight pushups -  a huge increase from before I started the program.
