		<description>I love Power 90x, Tony really kicks your butt.  I have also signed up for his one-on-one DVD  and it was the Plyo Legs and dude let me tell you I combined it with the Back routine and it took me about hour and a half and I felt like someone literally beat the crap out of me.  It was awesome.  I love working the legs.

It can be tough though to try and fit so many different programs together like this!</description>
