		<description>I think the 100 pushup plan makes too big a jump in some weeks. I started off on the final workout of week 6 and did it with moderate difficulty. Then tried my hundred pushups 2 days later and only got 65! So then I went back to the first workout of week 6 and failed that. lol. That was about 4 weeks ago so I&#039;ll try it again right now.. Ok, I managed to get 45, then 55, then 17 :( That&#039;s worse than what I got last time!!! I&#039;m too busy to eat properly lately :(</description>

		<description>@andrewisgettingfit - that&#039;s an interesting idea - repeating the same day until you finish.. if i can&#039;t get through it next time i might do that.

@ mizfit - yeah, i&#039;m starting to struggle a bit with this as well - i think i&#039;m going to continue doing them this week -but i&#039;m also restarting my other weights program..

		<description>I&#039;ve just finished week 04 (literally 5 minutes ago) and I just need to do my exhaustion test.  I suspect that I&#039;ll be failing week 05 a few times as well.  Most people seem to be struggling.

You could try what I do and just keep repeating the day you are on until you can do it.
