		<description>As a long time runner I can tell you running can lose its impact.  I started a swimming routine two years ago - didn&#039;t stick but I saw very quick results.  Got into Yoga to help the running and fell in love with it. My wife also makes me carry in the groceries if that counts as a workout?</description>
