As I ramp back up to getting back on my fitness program after my 2 week cruise, (boy do I need it) I decided to include a new regular feature on the site – An exercise video of the day/week.
Since I’ll be starting out with some upper body exercises once I get over the flu I currently have, I decided to start out today with a video of a lying dumbbell tricep extension:
That’s a cool idea to post a video. Today on my blog I posted some of the ab workouts I’ve been doing, and I found videos on YouTube to go along with each of them. I was surprised how many examples of exercises you can find on YouTube – come to find out, I’ve been doing sit-ups wrong this whole time. My neck’s quite thankful for the discovery. 🙂
I’m excited about reading this blog – I’ve been reading Bible Money Matters for a while but didn’t realize you had this blog until I went to follow you on Twitter. I’m in the middle of losing weight myself (isn’t everybody?) so I really like reading other people’s fitness adventures.
