		<description>I also am enjoying dailymile.com.  It can send your workout updates out to your social sites like twitter, which can help recruit friends and get them behind your workout effort.   

I think tracking the metadata of workouts is really important, and dailymile does this best for running/swimming/biking but its flexibility is improving a lot.
