		<description>So sorry about all that! I hate when stuff gets you off track from your workouts. It&#039;s definitely happened to me before. I think the best way to get re-motivated is to tell yourself you&#039;ll go exercise for just 10 minutes - then once you get going, you&#039;ll workout longer.</description>
