@ weightladder: I know it won&#039;t be my downfall, but eating unhealthy the rest of the week will.  My workout regimen has been pretty good I think, and I&#039;ve lost a couple of pounds, but I&#039;m having a hard time with the diet portion. Time to start food journaling maybe?</description>
