When you’re working towards a goal I think it’s important to keep track of your progress, how far you’ve come, and where you’re going. It can be very motivating to see how far you’ve come, even if you still have a long way to go.
On this page I will track my progress as I continue my journey towards my goal of 200 pounds, and fit. Below is a graph showing my weight over time, starting at my heaviest weight of 252 pounds in February of 2007 to my current weight. As you can see I’ve had a bit of a roller coaster, but overall I’m still down from my starting point. The spreadsheet below that shows my weight and weigh in dates over the past year and a half.
