		<description>Yeah, when I&#039;m doing my Body For Life plan it calls for a free day every week where if you want pizza, you can go ahead and eat pizza.  It&#039;s all about keeping yourself in check though - you don&#039;t want to go and have a free day where you eat 10,000 calories and die of a sugar overdose!</description>
