		<description>Wow, that&#039;s impressive.  While I don&#039;t need to lose that much, it&#039;s amazing to hear what the human body can do when it is put to the test, instead of letting it sit dormant on the couch. :)</description>

		<description>Hi there.  Good post.  Great job on getting back into the flow.  I lost 130 lbs.  When I started, I took the exercise really easy.  I did 12 minutes on a stationary bike for 3 days a week.  Every 10 lbs I lost I added more time and other activities.  As time went on it kept growing and I have now finished 7 marathons and 4 ultras up to a 50 miler.  Anything is possible.
