		<description>Yes well you find out things the hard way. I have probably torn my ligaments in the back of my shoulder. I am awaiting MRI results and who knows what he will suggest.  My gym is not with the latest eqiupment probably used a machine incorrectly. UGH!!!!</description>

I was experiencing shoulder issues last year as well! This was primarily due to a lack of mobility work and corrective exercise as well as sub-par bench pressing technique. (yes i tucked my elbows in, but not enough, and somehow elevated my traps which is bad)

Indeed, as you stated, good form is imperative!
