		<description>Good post.  I usually work out first thing in the morning, then eat a nice big breakfast.  I haven&#039;t been eating anything right when I get up though, but maybe I should.  I could also use some more energy during those early sessions.

		<description>After my run, I always eat bagel with peanut butter, banana and tall glass of Accelerade in orange flavor. Those are the things I crave the most after my run.

		<description>I discovered an interesting personal trick (in my home, anyway) for drinking more water: I have some of those tall beer glasses (Pilsner glasses I think), and out of curiosity I measured how much water they hold comfortably...turns out they hold 16 ounces with room to spare. I find, for some reason, that drinking out of those glasses makes it much easier for me to drink more water throughout the day. Maybe I&#039;m imagining beer in them, I dunno. ;) But it works for me!</description>
