		<description>I found that cutting calories was most effective in my effort to get rid of the last layer of fat on my abs. 

Only take in calories when you need them (work, sports, studying). Eat vegetables and fish when you&#039;re resting.

Fruits should be eaten on an empty stomach or just before/after you&#039;re workout.</description>

		<description>I agree with the study because I do believe that even though one exercises regularly, one still needs to watch what one eats and makes sure it&#039;s in moderation.</description>
